A similar excess is observed in the ZEUS ``resolved" photoproduction dijet data when compared to the NLO calculations for the lowest E_T>6 GeV and relatively low $x_\gamma$ ($0.3<x_\gamma^{OBS}<0.7$) data (see Fig. 2 in [41]).
