ATC connector pins are driven by the TCC when ATC jumpers are installed.
Install the ATC terminator resistor packs on the LL card (RP4, RP5 on the SLL).

Note on terminators: Most ECL and TTL outputs can drive only one terminator. If boards are cabled in parallel, only the board at the end of the cable should have its terminator pack(s) installed.
