Hello Vic,

I hope that i have finished the capillary inner diameter measurements. we
have measured 5 lengths of tube for each capillary. The summary of the
diameters are given below. they agree pretty well with the quoted values.

the capillaries were cut close to the desired lengths for the experiment
capillary_1 = 2.2m
capillary_2 = 3.2m
capillary_3 = 4.2m
capillary_4 = 5.2m
capillary_5 = 6.2m
