I have attached photos of most of the defects I'm going to summarize. - Spine 135 (20220990290576) It has a bending of the central wing of the AlN of 0.8775 mm. But the reason to return this spine is a step on the TPG-AlN contact at the Top Right wing of the spine of 0.1 mm bigger than the 0.9mm of the spine-detectors gap for glue. So detectors could contact spine and spoil the alignment. - Spine 159 (20220990290600) There is a step on the TPG-AlN contact at the Top Right wing of the spine of 0.09 mm equal to the spine-detectors gap. It also have as you mentioned crease in tpg at far end mounting ceramic. - Spine 166 (20220990290607) There is a step on the TPG-AlN contact at the Top Right wing of the spine of 0.085 mm. But the reason to return this spine is the crease in tpg at hybrid side mounting ceramic. - Spine 167 (20220990290608) Is not the scratches on the spacer but a crack in the left wing at far end mounting ceramic. I check twice every spine before return them and it is always the last step to be taken. The crease you mentioned it affect not only to the mechanical stability of the spine but also the thermal one. I reject the ones, where this crease it highlight an inner breaking of the TPG fibers that bring the heat from the module to the cooling block. Cheers, Luis.
