	Description	GridPP plans to establish about 4 Tier-2 centres in the UK. Once the formal specification is made
		discussions with likely candidates will begin with a goal of establishing the location of centres.

	Description	The identified Tier-2 centres will be engaged in the discussion of how the Tier-2 resources will
		evolve to a level where the total UK tier-2 resources are similar to the UK Tier-1 resources (but
		without substantial funding from GridPP). Plans for both architecture and development are needed.
