The Project Management Board meets weekly via videoconference for a short 1 hour meeting to review/define actions. Approximately every two months there is a day long physical meeting where the project is reviewed over a longer timescale (the minutes of these meetings are noted as bold in the list below).
The main aim of the minutes is to track progress on the actions list. The minutes are open to all and also used to inform the community of the decision making process and developments as they occur.
"The minutes should not report what the minister said. They should not even report what the minister thought he said. They should report what the minister would have said, had he thought."
