The VeLo Beetle 1.5 Selection Criteria
The selection criteria is composed of 70 cuts that are placed on the wafer probing data. The aim is to be able to select chips whose performance will be uniform and its functionality intact. The document describing the cuts and the data is given below.
The software that use to define and tweak the cuts (BWE) will be available here together with the wafer data in the next few days.
